Our entire experience from walking in all the way to the check was incredible. The staff was incredibly friendly. We got the table side guacamole which was the best we’ve ever had and the drinks were amazing as well. The manager was walking around asking how everyone was doing and the venue itself is just so incredibly pretty. This will definitely be a restaurant we eat at on the regular!

Gabriela is the sweetest and the best, most attentive server. She has such a calm presence and never gets the order wrong. So good! Ask for her! Been living here with my husband and 2 kids for 3 years & Hacienda’s will always be our go-to Mexican restaurant in Dawsonville, GA
Mike was our waiter and was awesome. Julio the manager was also kind and great sense of humor. Also had live music but was at a volume where we didn’t even notice till we left. New date night spot for us!
Food tastes really good but I think for the area it's pretty pricey (especially the drinks!! - $17 for a 16 oz Margarita seemed a little high). The waiter was not really into it I think. Anything we asked for seemed to be a drag for him such as bringing out water or extra salsa.
This is our first time eating here. The decor is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant is very pleasant and has a fantastic atmosphere. They have a lot of seating. While I will agree with some other reviews, that food is priced a little high, The portions are really good and the quality of the food was excellent. We asked for a small queso and they brought us out a huge bowl full of delicious cheese. You would’ve thought it was a large. The service was excellent. Paola and Sofia did a fantastic job! They also have a very nice full bar for somebody that just wants to have a few drinks.

I had an amazing experience at this Mexican restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Everything tasted authentic and perfectly seasoned — easily some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. The service was just as impressive. Our server, Heidi, was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and super helpful with recommendations. She checked on us often without ever being overbearing and made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. Great food, great atmosphere, and fantastic service. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
